We’re on the lookout for one of our first hires to lead our marketing efforts. This isn’t just a regular student job. Who are we?

We’re an ESG consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses integrate sustainability into their core strategy. Whether it’s developing strategies for net-zero goals or ensuring companies meet new sustainability regulations, we’re making a real difference—and you can be a part of that!

What You'll Do:

As one of our first team members, you’ll play a huge role in shaping our marketing strategy. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table and take responsibility for our online presence. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

Content Creation: From blogs to social media posts, you’ll have the chance to create engaging content that highlight our work in the ESG space. You’ll have creative control and help shape how we communicate with the world.
Social Media Manager: You’ll be in charge of managing our social media platforms: scheduling posts, interacting with our followers and building an engaged online community.
Marketing Campaign Lead: You’ll be actively involved in brainstorming, planning and executing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. Got a creative idea for promoting our services? Let’s make it happen!
Analytics and Reporting: You’ll track our marketing efforts, analyze what works (and what doesn’t) and report on how to improve. This hands-on experience will give you insights into data-driven marketing.
Research and Trendspotting: You’ll research the latest ESG trends, keep an eye on what’s happening in the market and help us stay ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

You’re a student currently pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field (but we’re open to anyone with a strong interest in marketing and sustainability).
You’re passionate about ESG and making a positive impact.
You’re proactive and ready to take on real responsibility.
You’re a great communicator, both written and verbal.
You’re tech savvy and continuously looking for better/faster ways to get the job done.
You’re comfortable with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Experience with design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Being a native Dutch speaker is a plus for our outbound marketing efforts.
